  2. We send a free mockup

    We place your logo on the garment so you can see it before you decide. Free, no obligation.

  3. Approve the quote and pay a 50% deposit

    Happy with the mockup? We send a quote, valid for 7 days. A 50% deposit confirms your order. Orders below RM300 are paid in full upfront.

  4. Delivered in 7-10 working days

    Counted from artwork approval and deposit. Delivery is free within Ipoh; outside Ipoh it is charged by distance and shown on your quote.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

Tees from RM24 per piece, printing and artwork setup included. Polos and other garments are priced on your quote. Send your logo and quantity and we'll quote.

What's the minimum order?

10 pieces per design.

How long does it take?

7-10 working days after you approve the artwork and we receive your deposit.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit confirms your order, and the balance is due within 7 days after delivery. Orders below RM300 are paid in full upfront. Payment is by bank transfer only; please quote your invoice number and send us proof of payment. Quotes are valid for 7 days.

Do you deliver?

Free delivery within Ipoh. Outside Ipoh, delivery is charged based on distance and the amount is shown on your quote.

How do sizes work? Can they vary?

You choose sizes from the size chart we send with every quote. Sizes may vary by +/-5% from the size chart (the manufacturer's tolerance).

Can I return or exchange my order?

No returns or exchanges on custom-printed items, so please check the mockup, sizes and quantities carefully before you approve.

What logo file do I need?

For the free mockup, PNG or JPG is fine. For printing we prefer AI, PDF or SVG, or a large PNG. If your file is too small or blurry, we'll tell you before anything is printed.

Can I see a sample?

The quickest way is a free digital mockup of your own logo on the garment, with no obligation. Physical samples are available too: message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you how it works.

Custom Fabrik Apparel is a Perak-based custom apparel company, founded in 2026 by Fabian and Fredrick.

We handle the design, artwork preparation, mockups and production follow-up, so you deal with one local contact from your first logo to delivery.
